After a few years of constantly putting off dropping the pounds I’d gained during pregnancy, I decided to take the plunge and lose some weight. I wanted to start off with something intense, and I’d heard lots of good things about green coffee extract pills, so I chose that as my first weight-loss technique. At first, I was really excited, but after a few weeks, I realized that nothing was really happening. After 5 weeks of nothing but minimal changes, I finally gave up. Maybe I was expecting too much?
